The first one is that your company purchases goods through us, Larkser, as your one-stop procurement supplier.
We will issue an invoice that includes our profit (service fee), and we will provide quality assurance and after-sales service just like the factory. We handle the entire order process, from inquiry, sampling, production follow-up, shipment inspection, warehousing, and transportation. This can avoid additional workload for your company in terms of finance, invoicing, and service provider coordination. As a one-stop procurement supplier, we issue all purchase invoices, shipping invoices, certificates of origin, and other certificate documents, which can save a lot of additional paperwork and financial work.
The second model is that we act as your purchasing agent in Shenzhen, China. We charge a agency service fee based on the workload and tasks of your purchasing orders. You can pay the purchasing cost directly to the factory, and pay the purchasing agent commission to us before placing an order or shipping the goods. The fee we charge is based on the project workload and the additional operating costs incurred for the client.
There are many excellent factories in China. If it is a lightly customized packaged product, we can deliver the product within 10-20 days.
If you need a complete brand customization solution, usually the production cycle for custom orders is 20-30 days.
Once your product arrives at our warehouse, it goes through a comprehensive receiving process.
The quantities and product information are checked and verified against the provided packing slip.
Any discrepancies are promptly reported to an Account Manager who will then contact you directly to remedy any order inconsistencies. Product weights are taken and recorded in our system to ensure that the right postage is applied to each of your orders.
Each product received is recorded in our receiving logs for quick reference. Once the product is received completely, the product is placed in its designated storage location and the product quantities are added to the larkser.com dashboard inventory page, which provides real-time inventory management.
If your order is lost or damaged, we will file a claim for you. If you are sending us a package through your own shipper, you will need to file the claim with them.
Larkser.com fills all orders within 24 hours of receipt, provided they are approved to ship. Shipments will not be processed on Sundays, holidays, or during any event that would cause a facility to close (acts of God, severe inclement weather, etc.). However, fulfillment of orders is our core priority.
We do not charge any fees in advance from our clients, and we offer free product sourcing and warehousing services. Whether you choose to order and pay directly through us or pay an additional commission fee, we will not charge any fees until an order has been placed.
If you choose to pay us through commission fees, we will collect payment when you are ready to place the order for the factory. This payment method poses no payment risks for our clients.
If you choose to place an order through our company, we offer milestone payments. You can pay a 20% deposit before placing the order, 30% after the completion of the product production with the delivery of the inspection report, and the remaining 50% can be paid after we provide you with the draft of the bill of lading through our shipping agency. This payment method also ensures the safety of our clients.
